Hall & Facilities Manager
For most of our events we will use the school facilities, especially the main hall. We need someone who will very simply keep in contact with the team of caretakers to make sure they are aware of events, understand what we need and where, and can help us present the school in the best possible light to the guests. No broom is required for this role!
If you are a bit of a technical wiz – or even can just figure out how to work a PC - we’d love to hear from you! We’ve got loads of equipment (stereos, projectors, giant screens, lighting, etc) available to us, but need someone who can take charge for our events to make sure everything runs smoothly, and when it doesn’t get it fixed fast! A bit of know-how with electrics could be useful, but more importantly is a real have-a-go/can-do attitude!
If you are a natural ‘party animal’ and love organising activities this could be the role for you! All you need is an idea for an event (for 50-250 people) plus a couple of friends to help, and the main Management Team can help turn your dream into a reality. Whether it is a ‘Battle of the Bands’, an ‘Open Mike DJ Night’, ‘Hot Salsa Party’, a fashion show or any other fab ideas we want to hear from you!
